If you are not satisfied with your
product, we are not satisfied either. However, please read through our
rules of return policy below so that we can promptly issue you a refund:
- We apologize, but
Left Handed Holsters are non-refundable
(simply because they are too hard to re-sell).
- Returns must be made within 15
days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused and in original
packaging.
- Please use the
Contact Us link or fax us at (810)496-2228, and let us know the reason
for the return, what you're returning and your order number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours
(excluding weekends) for us to email you a Return Authorization Number, and
details on how to make the return.
- Once we receive the item, we
will refund your credit card, minus a 15% restocking fee unless the
error was our fault.
